How to Cocktail: The Cappa

New York bartender Franky Marshall won a Plymouth Gin mixology contest with this simple but exotic drink, The Cappa. Learn how to make her delicious cocktail recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5 oz Plymouth Gin
  • 1.5 oz Pierre Ferrand Pineau des Charentes Selection *
  • .5 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
  • Garnish: Lemon twist
  • Glass: Wine or cocktail

PREPARATION:
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir, and strain into a small wine or cocktail glass. Twist a slice of lemon peel over the drink and use as garnish.

* Pineau des Charentes Selection is a fortified wine made in and around Cognac, France.
