How to Make the Booziest Chocolate Pudding by Adding Baileys

Give your chocolate pudding some punch: Add Baileys. We stirred Baileys into this childhood favorite and amped up the flavor of the from-the-box mix with the addition of chopped chocolate. The result? A silky, creamy adults-only dessert with a heavy dose of nostalgia and whipped cream on top.—Jessica Battilana

Boozy Chocolate Pudding

*makes 4 to 6 servings

  • 2 cups Whole milk
  • 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 5-oz Package Jell-O Cook & Serve chocolate pudding
  • 2 oz Bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Whipped cream, for topping (optional)

In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk, Baileys, pudding mix and chocolate. Bring to a boil, whisking constantly until the pudding is smooth and thick. Transfer to a bowl and press a sheet of plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the pudding (to prevent a skin from forming). Refrigerate until cold, then spoon into bowls and top with whipped cream and extra chocolate shavings.
