Spike your old-timey cream soda with tequila and Campari.
Garnish: Lime zest
Add all of the ingredients except the cream soda to a shaker. Shake without ice to incorporate the egg white. Fill with ice and shake again, vigorously. Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with the cream soda and garnish with lime zest.
*Vanilla-bean-infused agave syrup: Stir together 4 oz of raw agave nectar and 4 oz of water until fully combined. Add 1 vanilla bean that’s been split in half lengthwise, and refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours.
