How to Make the Adonia


Abigail Gullo’s fruit-forward twist on the Adonis cocktail helped her secure the title of Heaven Hill 2016 Bartender of the Year. This elegant version of the classic aperitif is the ideal precursor to almost any meal.


  • 1 oz PAMA liqueur
  • .5 oz Amaro Lucano
  • 1.5 oz fino sherry

Garnish: Lemon peel
Glass: Nick & Nora


Stir over cracked ice in a mixing glass. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with a lemon peel, expressing the oils over the surface of the drink.
