  • 1.5 oz unfiltered gin
  • 1 oz Bonal Gentiane Quina apéritif
  • 1 barspoon maple syrup
  • 6 drops house bitters*

Garnish: orange peel

Glass: Nick & Nora

*House bitters: Rye whiskey, wormwood, gentian, lemon, orange, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, clove, anise, black, pink and green peppercorn and cashew nuts
