A modified French 75, La Tour (French for “The Tower” and named for this cocktail’s famous backdrop) was created by 2016’s USBG Diageo World Class Global Winner Jennifer Le Nechet, a bartender at Paris’ Café Moderne.
Garnish: Lemon peel

*Raspberry syrup: Add 1 cup raspberries, 2 cups sugar and 1 1/2 cups water to a pot over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Strain into a jar and seal tightly with a lid. Will keep, refrigerated, for about 1 month.
