How to Make a Cosmopolitan

How to Cocktail: Cosmopolitan

Though it was only invented in 1985, the Cosmopolitan is definitely a modern classic. Liquor.com advisory board member Simon Ford teaches you how to make a proper Cosmo, and how to flame an orange peel.

  • 1.5 oz Citrus vodka
  • 1 oz Cointreau
  • .5 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 1 or 2 dashes Cranberry juice
  • Garnish: Lime wedge
  • Glass: Cocktail

Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a flamed orange peel or lime wedge.
