Forget green beer. Instead, cap off your St. Patrick’s Day celebration with a rich chocolate fondue with some Baileys stirred in. Fruit might be the traditional accompaniment to fondue, but cubed pound cake, brownie bites and marshmallows are great, too.—Jessica Battilana
Fill a medium saucepan with a few inches of water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Set a bowl over the saucepan, making sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water. Add the chocolate, cream and Baileys to the bowl, and cook, stirring until the chocolate melts. Transfer to a fondue pot and keep warm. Serve with cubed pound cake, berries, marshmallows and pretzel sticks alongside.
