Recognizing the impact the cocktail revolution has had on FiDi drinking, managing partner Anthony Malone spearheaded a redesign and relaunch of this popular boîte. Taking over the Growler space upstairs, guests now enjoy a two-story drinking and dining experience. With an emphasis on craft cocktails and craft beer, the familiar darkened interior has received lighthearted accents like neon signs and vinyl album covers. “Tall” and “short” classic drinks have been reimagined by creative director Conor Meyers.
THE DRINK TO DRINK: The Underdog Salty Dog (on draft) is a slightly elevated riff on the classic, featuring vodka, dry vermouth and fresh grapefruit juice, garnished with dehydrated salted grapefruit dust.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO: Vegan and vegetarian bar bite options are available, including a vegan burger with tomato jam, and a grilled cheese with tomato soup, available until 3 a.m. nightly.
