The Edmon

The Edmon

Located in a legit historic Hollywood hotel, which appears in the U.S. National Register of Historic Places, The Edmon hotel bar and restaurant hearkens to the Golden Age of Hollywood. Its stunning Art Deco decor, from a laser-cut iron door to ornate light fixtures, and 37-foot stone top bar provide a beautiful backdrop for the Prohibition-era-inspired cocktails, like a Scotch Old Fashioned and Rosé Gimlet.

The Drink To Drink: In the Tea’s Knees cocktail, Earl Grey honey pretties up the classic Bee’s Knees with floral notes that enhance the botanicals of the gin.

Know Before You Go: If you don’t want to pay for valet service or worry about feeding a meter, there’s meterless street parking available on Wilton Place, perpendicular to Melrose.
