Since 1986, the white-tablecloth Tequilas has served the kind of food that owner David Suro enjoyed growing up near the agave fields around Guadalajara. There’s also a vast selection of highland and lowland tequila and mescal available.
These days, Sura's own small-batch tequilas, Siembra Azul and Siembra Valles, are incorporated into drinks like the Alma Blanca with habanero, muddled corn and pineapple.
