Daniel Shoemaker opened the pioneering craft cocktail lounge in 2007, helping usher in the era of house-made syrups and painstakingly made drinks.
It’s still pushing the envelope: Teardrop bartender Tyler Stevens snagged the title of Portland's Most Imaginative Bartender in 2014, thanks to his Camden Fog cocktail (gin, spice-infused white tea, almond cream and grapefruit juice, served in a teacup).
