The industrial- and automotive-inspired Radiator is attached to Kimpton’s Mason & Rook Hotel. It opens early for breakfast each day before the bar gets going in the afternoons during the week or for brunch on Sundays. Chef Jonathan Dearden has put together a lineup of flavor-packed small plates, while head bartender Sarah Rosner has crafted a playful and unique cocktail menu. An impressive back shelf of spirits showcases plenty to try neat as well, from whiskey to brandy or tequila. The space also offers a large rooftop lounge with a fire pit.
