WHY HERE: Major Food Group (Carbone, The Polynesian) is behind this stylish cocktail bar and its glitzy adjacent seafood spot that opened in the space that once housed the original Four Seasons restaurant. The bar also recently expanded its wine, sake and Japanese whisky selections.

WHY NOW: Elegant cocktails (and their names) from veteran Thomas Waugh (Death & Co, Pegu Club) center around a single ingredient (“Cucumber,” “Jalapeño”), with significant visual appeal, as well. Pair with elevated maritime-themed bar bites (sea urchin, oysters, caviar) from chef and partner Rich Torrisi for an indulgent evening.
