The second-wave Tiki revival has somehow eluded NYC—until now. Located in the newest Pod Hotel, in Times Square, is this massive paean to tropical drinking, blending the 1940s and today. Helmed by veteran Brian “Tiki Mondays” Miller (originally of Death & Co), the launch menu features 19 original cocktails and four large-format drinks, along with beloved classics. Polynesian-inspired murals, privacy screens and a lava stone bar top add to the mood.
