Nic’s owner and chef Larry Nicola is a little bit obsessed with vodka. He calls himself a “vodkateur” and stocks more than 80 different varieties of the stuff, with more than two dozen vodka cocktails offered. His crowning achievement is the Vodbox, a walk-in/drink-in freezer kept at 28°F and stocked with a variety of vodkas. Reserve a session inside and your party will get faux-fur coats and hats, along with Nicola himself or another staff vodka expert to lead you through a flight or bottle service.
