Long Island Bar was a Cobble Hill fixture for more than 50 years before the original owners closed it in 2007. Lucky for drinkers, Joel Tompkins and Toby Cecchini reopened and restored the space in 2013, keeping the original look and feel.
Keeping true to the original space and choosing subtle innovation over trends, Cecchini’s cocktail menu comprises slight variations on classic cocktails, like the Aquavit-spiked Fizz and gingery Long Island Gimlet.
