The team behind Lower East Side craft cocktail den Attaboy has opened a Brooklyn spot with a completely different vibe but with all the same care behind the drinks being poured. Bright and airy, a mashup between a 1950s resort and a trendy Tiki spot welcomes guests with clever frozen drinks and a tropical theme. Outdoor seating extends the vacay theme on sultry summer days.
THE DRINK TO DRINK: Attaboy’s Sam Ross created the now-classic Penicillin when he was working at Milk & Honey. At Diamond Reef, a dash of icy fun delivers the Penichillin, a slushy version of the scotch and honey-ginger classic.
