WHY NOW: The innovation and molecular techniques popular at the pricey tasting menu next door bleed over into the cocktail menu here, in a much more affordable way. The Casper’s Ghost (rhum agricole, mezcal, bitter melon, citrus, pineapple and tarragon) goes down nicely with upgraded bar food menu items, like Surf & Turf Eggs, featuring smoked fish and liver mousse.
