Occupying the former Cellar Bar, this subterranean spot in the Bryant Park Hotel evokes Morocco with projections of desert oases, light-and-dark tent patterns on the arched ceilings and sofas bedecked in countless pillows. It feels like somewhere Carrie Bradshaw and the girls would have popped into if “Sex and the City” took place in 2018. Drinks lean floral and soft. Small bites include vegetable crudité, Marcona almonds and a hummus dish.
