1 of 11:

Located upstairs from Freemans (the popular hunting-lodge-themed restaurant), this 20-seat cocktail den celebrates exploration of the Antarctic, in particular, a British-Australian–New Zealander joint venture during the 1930s. Wooden beams and benches give you a somewhat below-the-decks feel, and the drinks menu features wintry glacial images and cocktails with names like the Deception Island, Fortune & Glory, and Albatross.

THE DRINK TO DRINK: Consider the five-cocktail and seafood pairing menu ($95), featuring low-ABV drinks like Champagne and vermouth, paired with Glidden Point oysters, and a marsala and cognac drink served with chocolate bon-bons.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO: Reservations for one to four people are available 14 days in advance.
