Trick Dog, which opened in the winter of 2012, is run by The Bon Vivants, Scott Baird and Josh Harris. It has an impressive and creative list of original cocktails on a quarterly changing menu that always breaks new ground, design-wise. In 2010, mixological star Thad Vogler finally opened his own place with Eric Johnson. The drinks showcase a selection of organic ingredients that are locally sourced, and the menu changes daily. Even the furniture is environmentally friendly, including chairs that were created from used wine-barrel staves.
