Rum and honey syrup make an unusual but delicious version of the classic.
- 1 1/2 oz Zacapa 23 Rum
- 3/4 oz Dry vermouth
- 3/4 oz Sweet vermouth
- 2 dashes Bitters
- 1/4 oz Honey syrup (one part honey, one part water)
- Garnish: 1 None Orange twist
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice.
Shake, and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with an orange twist.
