Add a touch of pineapple juice and apricot brandy to a classic Daiquiri to get this delicious concoction.


  • 1 1/2 oz Caña Brava Rum
  • 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz Petite Canne Sugar Cane Syrup
  • 3/4 oz Fresh pineapple juice
  • 1 tsp Blume Merillen Apricot Eau-de-Vie
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters


  1. Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with large, cold ice cubes.

  2. Shake, and double-strain into a coupe glass.
