  • 2 oz Woodford Reserve bourbon
  • 13/100 oz Strawberry-citrus oleo saccharum*
  • 13/100 oz Bigallet China-China
  • 13/100 oz Yellow Chartreuse
  • Garnish: Mint sprig


  1. Combine all ingredients in a julep mug.

  2. Fill with crushed ice and swizzle until ice-cold and well-diluted. Top with fresh crushed ice.

  3. Insert straw and garnish with a mint sprig.

  4. *Strawberry-citrus oleo saccharum: Combine 100 grams of orange peels and 30 grams of lemon peels in a large bowl. Add 100 grams of granulated sugar and mix to combine evenly. Let macerate in the refrigerator overnight. Strain the syrup from the solids using a chinois. Store the syrup in the refrigerator.
