- 2 oz Woodford Reserve bourbon
- 13/100 oz Strawberry-citrus oleo saccharum*
- 13/100 oz Bigallet China-China
- 13/100 oz Yellow Chartreuse
- Garnish: Mint sprig
Combine all ingredients in a julep mug.
Fill with crushed ice and swizzle until ice-cold and well-diluted. Top with fresh crushed ice.
Insert straw and garnish with a mint sprig.
*Strawberry-citrus oleo saccharum: Combine 100 grams of orange peels and 30 grams of lemon peels in a large bowl. Add 100 grams of granulated sugar and mix to combine evenly. Let macerate in the refrigerator overnight. Strain the syrup from the solids using a chinois. Store the syrup in the refrigerator.
