This frothy chamomile and gin recipe is on the the menu at San Francisco cocktail bar Oddjob.
Add all ingredients to a shaker.
Dry shake until the ingredients emulsify.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake again until well chilled.
Double strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with chamomile dust and burnt rosemary.
*Chamomile-infused NOLET’S Silver Gin
INGREDIENTS:6 grams Chamomile, dried1–750mL bottle NOLET’S Silver Gin
PREPARATION:Combine the two ingredients and let them infuse for 24 hours. Strain out the chamomile with cheesecloth and store the infused gin in a sealed bottle.
