Tamarind syrup is the secret to this cocktail from bar pro Aisha Sharpe.
- 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
- 1/2 ounce Navan natural vanilla liqueur
- 1/2 ounce tamarind syrup
- 1 ounce club soda, chilled, to top
- Garnish: 3 brandied cherries, speared
Add all ingredients except the club soda into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with club soda.
Garnish with three brandied cherries on a pick.
