The Mai Tai is the ultimate Tiki cocktail.
- 1 1/2 oz White rum
- 1/2 oz Grand Marnier or Triple Sec
- 1 oz Pineapple juice
- 6 oz Orange juice
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/4 oz Grenadine*
- Splash Dark rum
- Garnish: Cherry
- Garnish: Pineapple wedges
- Garnish: Pineapple leaf
Add first five ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and shake.
Strain into a Hurricane glass over crushed ice.
Top with dark rum.
Garnish with a cherry, 2pineapple wedges and a pineapple leaf.
