The Painkiller is already a twist on the Piña Colada, but you can elevate the recipe even further by swapping high-quality spanish brandy for rum. That’s precisely what Johnny Livanos has done with this innovative and mouthwatering cocktail.
- 1 1/2 oz Torres 15 brandy
- 1 oz Pineapple juice
- 3/4 oz Cream of coconut
- 1/2 oz Orange juice
- Garnish: 1 dash Grated nutmeg
- Garnish: 1 dash Mint sprig
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a tiki mug filled with crushed ice and top with more crushed ice.
Garnish with grated nutmeg and mint sprig.
