The ultimate bubbly fall punch, best served in a pumpkin punch bowl.
- 750 ml Bourbon
- 12 oz Ancho Reyes ancho chile liqueur
- 12 oz Honey syrup*
- 12 oz Fresh lime juice, strained
- 1/2 oz Angostura bitters
- 500 ml Sparkling cider
- 1 Large pumpkin, top sliced off and insides removed
- Garnish: Lime wheel
- Garnish: Thinly sliced lemon wheel
- Garnish: Nutmeg
- Garnish: Cinnamon
Add all ingredients into a large punch bowl or hollowed-out pumpkin.
Add large ice cubes and top with the sparkling cider.
Float thinly sliced lime and lemon wheels on top.
Garnish with grated nutmeg and cinnamon.
