Kirschwasser, vermouth, and raspberry make a romantic combination in this cocktail from drinks pro and distiller Allen Katz.
- 2 ounces French dry vermouth
- 1 ounce Kirschwasser (cherry brandy)
- 1 tsp natural raspberry syrup
- Garnish: brandied cherry
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a brandied cherry.
