Love will tear us apart again, or make us stir up this cocktail from NYC bar pro Phil Ward.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Beefeater London dry gin
  • 1 ounce Dolin dry vermouth
  • 1/2 ounce Cointreau
  • 3 dashes Vieux Pontarlier absinthe
  • Garnish: lemon twist

Steps

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice.

  2. Stir, and strain into a coupe glass.

  3. Garnish with a lemon twist.
