The Copper

Strong black tea and spices give this Irish-whiskey-and-apple-juice tipple a kick.


  • 1 1/2 oz Jameson Black Barrel Irish Whiskey
  • 3/4 oz Lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz Irish Spiced Tea Syrup
  • 1 oz Pressed apple juice (or non-alcoholic apple cider)
  • Garnish: 1 None Lemon half-wheel


  1. Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice.

  2. Shake, and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
