Try this drink from bar pro Franky Marshall named for the black cloaks worn by Dominican friars.
- 1 1/2 oz Plymouth gin
- 1 1/2 oz Pierre Ferrand Pineau des Charentes Selection
- 1/2 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
- Garnish: Lemon twist
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice.
Stir, and strain into a small wine or cocktail glass.
Twist a slice of lemon peel over the drink and use as garnish.
