Try this drink from bar pro Franky Marshall named for the black cloaks worn by Dominican friars.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces Plymouth gin
- 1 1/2 ounces Pierre Ferrand Pineau des Charentes Selection
- 1/2 ounce Luxardo maraschino liqueur
- Garnish: lemon twist
Steps

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
