  • 1 1/2 ounces Highland Park 18-year-old scotch whisky
  • 1 ounce manzanilla sherry
  • 3/4 ounce Bärenjäger honey liqueur
  • 1/4 ounce Amaro CioCiaro
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters


  1. Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.

  2. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
