Mix up this slushy Tiki classic by Jeff "Beachbum" Berry. The elaborate carved mug is optional.
- 1 ounce 151-proof gold Caribbean rum
- 1/2 ounce Lemon Hart 151-proof demerara rum
- 1/4 ounce orange curaçao
- 1 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 ounce demerara syrup
- 1 1/4 cups crushed ice
Add all the ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth, up to 10 seconds.
Pour (unstrained) into a large snifter or tiki vessel.
