Add a little Indian flavor to the Mexican classic with this deliciously tangy cocktail from Brick Lane Curry House in New York City.
- 2 oz Tequila
- 1 oz Tamarind concentrate
- 1 oz Sour mix
- 1/2 oz Simple syrup
- Garnish: 1 None Lime wheel
Coat the rim of a rocks glass with salt, fill with ice and set aside.
Add the remaining ingredients to a shaker and fill with fresh ice.
Shake, and strain into the prepared glass.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
