Moscow’s Delicatessen, led by Vyacheslav Lankin, turns out old classics with new twists and brings surprising new ingredients into the mix, like this vodka cocktail made with beetroot shrub.
- 1 1/2 oz Vodka
- 1/2 oz Orange juice
- 1/2 oz Apple juice
- 1/2 oz Beetroot shrub*
- 2 dashes Absinthe
Combine the vodka, orange juice and apple juice in a mixing tin and stir.
Top with the beetroot shrub and absinthe.
