Gin and cucumber get a Daiquiri twist from The Mayhaw at St. Roch Market.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Hendrick's gin
- 3/4 oz Freshly squeezed lime
- 1 1/2 oz Plum syrup*
- 3/4 oz Cucumber syrup*
- Garnish: Cucumber wheel
Steps

Add all of the ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.

Garnish with a cucumber wheel.

*Plum syrup: Chop 12 plums, removing seeds. Add 12 cups of water and 12 cups of sugar to a pot. Once the sugar dissolves, add the plums and bring to a boil. After it reaches a boil, turn the heat down and let it simmer, for approximately 2 hours, until the plums are soft. Strain out the plums and transfer to a bottle with a second strain.

**Cucumber syrup: Follow the same steps as the plum syrup but using 8 cucumbers instead.
