Boozy Hot Chocolate is a perfectly decadent after-dinner treat for your next party. To make a spiked hot chocolate, let out a few bottles of your favorite spirits and liqueurs and let your guests choose their own adventure.
- 2 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 6 ounces milk, heated
- 1 1/2 ounce spirit of choice
- Garnish: mini marshmallows
Put the chopped chocolate in an Irish Coffee mug.
Pour the hot milk into the mug and let stand for 2 minutes, then stir with a spoon until smooth.
Pour in the spirit of your choice and stir to combine.
Garnish with mini marshmallows.
