Need a last-minute fall cocktail? This four-ingredient stunner by bartending vet Naren Young will satisfy any pear-loving party guests.
- 1 tsp pear brandy
- 1 1/2 ounces pear purée or nectar
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 5 ounces sparkling wine
- Garnish: pear slice
Add all ingredients except sparkling wine into a mixing glass with 2 ice cubes and stir until well-chilled.
Strain into a chilled Champagne flute.
Top with the sparkling wine.
Garnish with a pear slice.
