The subtle spice of ginger heats up this gin-and-prosecco drink.
If desired, coat the rim of a Champagne flute with the sugar and place the cherry in it.
Add all the other ingredients except the prosecco to a mixing glass and fill with ice.
Stir until well chilled and strain into the prepared flute. Top with the prosecco.
Mixing your cocktail
