Lapsang tea lends its signature smokiness to this cocktail through an infused gin, which is balanced with bittersweet Cynar and Chartreuse.
Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
Stir, and strain into a glass.
Garnish with orange peel.
*Lapsang-infused Beefeater Gin:
In a clean container, pour gin over tea leaves and let steep for 30 minutes. Strain leaves and place infused gin back into the bottle.
