Don Ciccio & Figli founder Francesco Amodeo's riff on a Boulevardier is made with bourbon (instead of the rye, ergo the name), Amaro Delle Sirene, and Luna Amara (instead of Campari and vermouth).

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Bourbon
  • 1 oz Amaro Delle Sirene
  • 1 oz Luna Amara bitter
  • Garnish: Orange twist

Steps

  1. Add all of the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir.

  2. Pour into a rocks glass over ice, and garnish with an orange twist.
