This powerful cocktail by bartending vet Jim Meehan is like an instant Caribbean vacation.
- 2 ounces Banks 5-Island rum
- 1/2 ounce Clément Créole Shrubb liqueur
- 3/4 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/4 ounce Martinique sugar cane syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 dash Angostura orange bitters
- Garnish: orange wedge
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with an orange wedge.
