This tropical cocktail from bar pro Paul McGee pairs tequila, mezcal, port, and Campari with passion fruit syrup.
- 2 oz Reposado tequila
- 1/2 oz Mezcal
- 1 1/2 oz Pineapple juice
- 1 oz Lime juice
- 3/4 oz Campari
- 3/4 oz Ruby port
- 3/4 oz Passion fruit syrup*
- 1/2 oz Simple syrup
- Garnish: Tropical flowers
Combine all ingredients in a large shaker.
Add one cup of crushed ice and shake vigorously for five seconds.
Pour entire contents of shaker into a large tiki bowl.
Add two additional cups of ice and garnish tropically.
