A tasty twist on a Brazilian classic.
- 2 teaspoons superfine sugar
- 6 raspberries
- 1/4 lime, cut into wedges
- 2 ounces cachaça
- Garnish: raspberry
In a shaker, muddle the sugar, raspberries and lime.
Add the cachaça and fill with ice, and shake until well-chilled.
Pour (unstrained) into a rocks glass.
Garnish with an additional raspberry.
