Raspberry Bellini

Raspberry Bellini cocktail / Tim Nusog

A simple addition to the classic recipe yields huge flavor to this cocktail by bartending pro Charlotte Voisey.


  • 3/4 ounce Stoli Razberi vodka
  • 2 ounces raspberry-white peach puree*
  • 2 ounces sparkling wine, chilled


  1. Add the vodka and raspberry-white peach puree into a Champagne flute.

  2. Top with the sparkling wine and stir briefly and gently to combine.

*Raspberry-white peach puree: Add 2 white peaches, pitted and chopped, 4 raspberries, and 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice into a blender and blend to a uniform puree.
