Watch Now: How to Make a Prospector

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Larceny bourbon
  • 3/4 Averna amaro
  • 1/2 oz Pedro Ximénez sherry
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • Garnish: Lemon twist

Steps

  1. Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice.

  2. Stir for 15 seconds and strain into a coupe glass.

  3. Express the oils of the lemon twist over the drink, and gently drop the twist into the cocktail.
