Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir.
Strain into a chilled coupe.
Garnish with a radish fan (sliced radishes formed into a fan).
*Radish simple syrup: Slice 3 radishes thinly and soak in 3 cups water for 24 hours. Strain and reserve radishes. Pour infusion into a small saucepan, and simmer on low for 20 minutes or until water reduces by half. Add 3/4 cup sugar and reserved radish slices to the saucepan. Continue to reduce until sugar is completely dissolved and the syrup is viscous. Remove from heat and cool.
